All Systems Sync

This is a very demanding personal development program running a minimum of 4-6 months. We gather and track data throughout the program. Testing includes genetic interpretations, lifestyle assessments, heart rate variability tracking.

As a bare minimum we look into (and hack) your sleep, stress, nutrition, habits and routines but may also discuss and deepen knowledge when it comes to cognitive capacity, mindset, hormones and physical training.

Advisory & personal coaching
