I was a competitive athlete until my twenties after which I lost interest in my own well-being. I worked a lot and was successful at it. The downside was that I managed stress with sugar and Netflix and loved my sofa way more than my training pants. The end-results were +30 kilos, weird symptoms in my chest, increased risk of diabetes 2, bad shape etc. And I was under 40 years old. But then came Satu and Saga Performance.
